What we collect
When you write on WhatsApp or email, we see the details you send — typically your name, phone number, and preferred time. The team booking form also collects name, email, phone, and the offer you choose. There are no customer accounts on this website.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and arrange a session. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and the studio’s legitimate interest in running appointments (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it
The studio team. WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. Our website host. Google, when your browser loads the site fonts from Google Fonts.
Cookies and fonts
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which can see your IP address. You can block third-party fonts in your browser if you prefer.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking requests are kept as long as needed to arrange and follow up the visit, then deleted unless a legal duty requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Write to welcome@oceantantramassage.com. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
